Description
The goal of the Christian Leadership Biblical Manual is for the student to recognize the pastoral ministry as the ideal way to exercise leadership within the church, to acquire tools that will help them practice and optimize their work in Christian leadership, and to identify the temptations and problems that arise from leadership and avoid them at all costs.
On the other hand, the challenge of every spiritual leader is to learn how to influence people for good in a holistic, healthy, mature, and effective way, to reproduce themselves in other leaders in order to transcend time and space, and to make use of the tools learned in each lesson to help the people God places under their care.
Finally, our desire is that the student would depend on God, continually seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit in the task of leadership, loving people, and from that place working with them in their emotional, spiritual, and ministerial health, and understanding the high level of honor and responsibility that Christian leadership represents.
The manual contains a total of 18 lessons, grouped into 3 modules, and is designed for both the teacher and the student, as each lesson includes questions to reinforce key concepts.
